It is sad to say that with everything going on in the media with different government offices having issues with mold and ventilation, the biggest issue that’s not in the media is that Financial Services Regulatory Commission Staff has been working in a dire situation since February!! RATS!
They have been dealing with rats in the roof of their building in Royal Palm complex and more recently, they were chasing a mice running around in their office.
What is really the worst part is that management is fighting against the union every time a solution is put on the table!! Staff has to subject themselves to working in these conditions.
I even learned that one Staff has developed respiratory problems due to the unclean air and surroundings. Yet staff has to hush because they are afraid of a pay cut!
Something must be done! Management seem to only care about the work and not the wellness of the staff. Its sad to see that people still have to work with that sort of leadership.
FSRC staff is crying out for intervention from the government because the union seems to not be getting anywhere!
