Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) has been awarded Programme of the Year at the Caribbean Investment Summit 2025 (CIS25). Presented by Open Interactive Company Ltd, the award recognizes the CIU’s outstanding performance in balancing investor needs with national development goals. CEO Charmaine Donovan credited the leadership of Prime Minister Gaston Browne, the government and people of Antigua and Barbuda, and her dedicated team for the achievement.
