Reuben Forde is to face the High Court on charges linked to a shooting that left a man wounded in the neck.
The case was committed on Tuesday by Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel. Proceedings could begin as early as September.
Forde is charged with attempted murder, causing grievous bodily harm, discharging a firearm in public, and illegal possession of a weapon. The charges stem from a 24 March 2024 incident in which Dwayne Desilver was shot in the neck during an altercation.
Forde remains in custody.
