The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2025 JICA SDGs Global Leaders Program, scheduled for fall 2026 enrollment.
This program offers outstanding professionals the opportunity to pursue Master’s or Doctoral studies in Japan. Ideal candidates should be mid-level government officials or academics with a strong interest in policy formulation, political and development issues, and a passion for contributing to the transformation of their societies.
From the Caribbean region, two participants will be selected based on the strength of their research proposals, career plans, and demonstrated leadership potential.
