A physician has been committed to stand trial in the High Court on charges of serious indecency and indecent assault after Magistrate Dane Hamilton denied a no-case submission from defense attorneys Hugh Marshall and Lawrence Daniel.
The doctor was arrested in May last year following a female patient’s report of inappropriate sexual conduct during a medical consultation. The case will proceed in the next High Court assizes.
