    High Street Magistrates’ Court to Close July 8 and 10 for CHOGM Exercise

    NOTICE

    TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

    Temporary Closure of the Magistrates’ Court Located on High Street, St John’s

    Notice is hereby given that the Magistrates’ Court located High Steet, St John’s will be closed on Wednesday 8th July, 2026 and Friday 10th July, 2026 to facilitate the effective execution of the CHOGM Exercise.

    All persons who have matters scheduled on the above dates should report to the respective courtrooms on 13th July 2026.

    All filing, service and disposition of matters not presently on the E Litigation Portal should be done by the mail address magistratescourt@gmail.com.

    Also note that this notice does not apply to the Magistrates’ Court of the Family Division which is located at the High Court on Parliament Drive, St John’s.

    Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
