**WORKS MINISTER MARIA BROWNE SAID:** The Ministry of Works is actively undertaking preparation work for the upcoming major upgrades to the Potters Playfield, which are being facilitated through grant funding.
While the enhancements themselves are supported by external financing, the Ministry is playing a critical role by providing all necessary heavy-duty equipment and aggregates required for the foundational and structural phases of the project.
This includes site clearing, grading, and sub-base preparation, ensuring the playfield is adequately prepared for the improvements to follow. The Ministry’s contribution underscores the Government’s commitment to community development and the successful delivery of quality public infrastructure.
