APUA Urges Customers to Clear Outstanding Balances to Avoid Disconnection

We kindly remind our valued customers to settle any outstanding balances on their Electricity, Water, and Telecoms services (inet Mobile, Home, and Business).

Please be advised that accounts with overdue balances of more than 30 days will be disconnected.

To check your bill balance, contact our Customer Service team at (268) 480-7150 or email customerservice@apua.ag.

Our Credit Control team is available at (268) 480-7002 for special payment arrangements and is ready to assist.

You can conveniently view, pay, or print your bills using the APUA Direct Online Bill Payment Portal at www.apua.ag. Payments may also be made online through your preferred bank or credit union.

Please note that reconnections will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment.
