The Police have arrested and charged a 35-year-old man from Cassada Gardens in connection with a bigamy investigation.
It is alleged that the accused, while being lawfully married, entered into another marriage with a second woman on April 9, 2025 at the Fort James, during the lifetime of his lawful spouse.
Following further inquiries, the accused was arrested and formally charged for Bigamy, in accordance with the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
The accused is expected to appear before the Court to answer to the charge.
